CRNA Locum Opportunity

We just opened a CRNA locum opportunity in La Grande, Oregon starting September 1, 2025, at a critical access hospital. This is a full-time role with 4x10s, call coverage required, and housing provided by the facility.

Job Description

• Location: La Grande, OR
• Facility: Critical Access Hospital
• Start Date: September 1, 2025
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Rate: $250-270
• Housing: Provided
• Travel: Flights + rental car reimbursed

Schedule

• 4x10s/week (7a - 5p)
• Call required 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month
• OB proficiency required for call participation

Case Types & Procedures

• Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, OB/GYN, urology, occasional endoscopy
• No heads, hearts, or spine
• Procedures: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endo, PNBs, U/S guided
• PICC preferred, not required
• EMR: EPIC

Team & Setting

• 3 ORs + Cysto + Endo suite
• 1 MD + 4 CRNAs (Autonomous Model)
• Avg. 5 - 20 cases/day across 2 - 4 rooms

Requirements

• Active Oregon CRNA License (not open to licensing)
• Board Certified
• DEA preferred
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• New grads welcome!
