We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage in an outpatient clinic setting in Moreno Valley, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking consistent weekday coverage with potential for permanent placement beginning January 12, 2026.

Job Description

• Specialty: Family Medicine Outpatient Only
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No call, no weekends
• Contract Length: Locums-to-Perm opportunity
• Start Date: January 12, 2026 (credentialing required)
• Patient Volume: Approximately patients per day (appointment-based with walk-ins)
• Patient Population: All age groups
• Team Support: Collaborative environment with physicians and medical staff
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical exams and gather medical history
  • Diagnose and manage primary care conditions
  • Prescribe and administer treatments
  • Educate patients and families on best practices
  • Document and update patient records
  • Refer patients to specialists as needed

Requirements

• Active California NP or PA license
• Board Certification: Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Family Practice
• Language: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Certifications: DEA and applicable credentials
• Credentialing: Estimated timeframe: 30 days; completion of facility-specific forms and verifications required
