Job Description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour day shifts)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only
• Call: None
• Full-time requirement: Yes
• Setting: Outpatient integrative health and gastroenterology clinic
• Patient Volume: Adult patients per day
• Support Staff:
  • 1 Gastroenterology physician
  • Additional APPs onsite (not directly GI focused)
• Department Scope: The NP will manage:
  • Patient intake and histories
  • Evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Prescriptions and treatment planning
  • Referrals
  • Interpretation of tests, procedures, and radiographic studies
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active California license required (not willing to license)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Minimum Experience:
  • 2 years in integrative health or
  • 2 years recent gastroenterology experience
• Credentialing Timeframe: Days
