Cardiac and Thoracic Surgical Assistant

Join our team as a Cardiac and Thoracic Surgical Assistant. This full-time position offers a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, and is focused on providing high-quality surgical assistance in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Perform both cardiac and thoracic surgical assistance, ideally with experience using the Da Vinci surgical system.
• Provide RNFA/SFA EVH experience and first assist experience in CABG and septomyectomies.
• Proficient in endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) and familiar with the McKay platform for EVH.
• Must be able to harvest from the patient's left side.

Requirements

• Active VA Medical License or willingness to obtain a Virginia license.
• Experience with EMR-EPIC.
