Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the nation's leading non-profit healthcare networks, is expanding its team of Advanced Practice Providers in the rapidly growing city of Surprise, AZ. We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team, focused on delivering value-based care through a virtual telehealth platform. We are looking for someone comfortable with telehealth-driven care that will also support fellow clinical team members through high-quality, team-based virtual care.

Job Description

• Clinic based onsite in Surprise, AZ
• Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality care and support to established patients via tele visits
• A portion of time will be in support of inbox management for your team members
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• FNP designation with AZ license eligibility
• Minimum (1) year of clinical experience as an FNP in a primary care setting
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
