Join Banner Health, one of the country's premier non-profit health care organizations, as a BC/BE Gastroenterologist in the newly formed Banner Digestive Health Service Line. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive, integrated digestive health care across the spectrum of patient needs.
Job Description
- 7 on 7 off schedule with APP support (or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off where available)
- Total of 182 shifts
- Single hospital for inpatient work - Banner Northern Colorado Medical Center - Greeley
- Core general GI inpatient only work
- No ERCP/EUS required; supported by Interventional Endoscopy Services (including interventional call)
- Outpatient subspecialists to support follow-up: IBD, Motility, Hepatology, Interventional GI, and DGBI
- Outpatient APP recovery clinic to triage post-hospital visits within 1-2 weeks for seamless follow-up
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $700,000
- Value comp potential: up to $35K/year in addition to base salary
- $100k sign-on bonus
- Opportunities for additional shift compensation
- Graduating fellows receive a $1500/monthly stipend while finishing training when signing early
- Potential loan repayment for qualifying fellows
- Optional affiliation with University of Arizona (Banner University)
