    Infectious Disease Physician

    The Division of Infectious Disease at Banner University Medical Group in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Infectious Disease Physician to join our growing Infectious Diseases Division. This position includes a component of transplant infectious diseases, with opportunities to care for immunocompromised patients, including solid organ and hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration, and academic contribution.

    Job Description

    • Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative services in transplant infectious diseases
    • Participate in multidisciplinary transplant care team meetings
    • Engage in clinical education of medical students, residents, and fellows
    • Collaborate in ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives
    • Participate in transplant-related infection prevention protocols and antimicrobial stewardship efforts
