    Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

    Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join our team of highly trained Wound Care Providers. Our Nurse Practitioner will provide care to chronic or slow-healing wounds from diabetic foot ulcers, autoimmune and/or inflammatory wounds, surgical or traumatic wounds, radiation wounds, and acute and post-op patients. Qualified candidates must be meticulous and work well within a team.

    Job Description

    • Perform patient histories
    • Conduct physical exams and assess wounds
    • Debridement and removal of necrotic tissue
    • Application of skin substitutes
    • Wraps and boots

    Requirements

    • Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse (APRN) certificate required
    • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Colorado
    • Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances
    • Experienced NPs only, not a new graduate opportunity
    • Wound Care Certification preferred

    Practice Details

    • Full-time
    • 5 days per week
    • Department hours between 8 am - 4:30 pm
    • Well-established and supportive team
    • No call, evenings, weekends, or holidays
    • Salary range: $122,500 - $142,500 (commensurate with experience + performance and value pay bonuses)
