Job Description

• Flexible schedules available: Full-time, part-time, and per diem options
• Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of all ages
• Medical Assistants, RN, Front Desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous practice
• Access to on-site services including lab, imaging, behavioral health, dietitian, social worker, and additional specialties depending on location
• Financially stable and physician-led organization committed to provider well-being

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Prefer to see all ages
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($235K - $265K, dependent on experience) plus incentives
