Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL, is recruiting a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its dynamic and distinguished Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute. The Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute is the region's leader in experience, programmatic depth, and innovation in cardiovascular care. Our cadre of specialties and subspecialties include Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular Services. Cardiothoracic Surgery includes complex coronary and valvular disease, a robust TAVR and MitraClip program, ECMO Center, and all open and endovascular aortic surgery.

Job Description

• High volume practice with robust regional referral network
• Market share leader of CV services in Northwest Florida
• Patient service area of 500,000+
• Exclusive cardiac OR team
• Highly experienced Cardiac Anesthesia team, dedicated only to cardiothoracic service
• Four dedicated PAs and ARNPs
• State-of-the-art facilities, including a brand-new flagship campus

Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary + wRVU bonus
• Quality + service bonus up to $65,000
• CME allowance

Requirements

• Board certified/board eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic Surgery; Vascular Surgery a plus but not required
• Experienced or new graduates
