Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL, is recruiting a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its dynamic and distinguished Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute. Our cadre of specialties and subspecialties include Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular Services.

Job Description

• 40 providers (Non-Invasive, Interventional, EP, Cardiothoracic Surgery)
• Each physician is supported by an Advanced Practice Provider, Nurse, and Medical Assistant enabling a true team-based approach to patient care.
• Rotation: 3 weeks outpatient and 1 week inpatient (with no clinic responsibilities)
• 1 TEE day, 1 clinic day, 1 reading day
• Efficiently structured model of clinic, cardiodiagnostics, and hospital services designed to deliver excellence in patient care and maximized workflow and productivity.
• Eleven supportive Non-Invasive Cardiology physician colleagues
• Robust programmatic offerings including Structural Heart, Heart Failure, Lipidology, Research, Advanced Diagnostics
• State-of-the-art facilities, including a brand-new flagship campus

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Fellowship trained in Cardiology
• Experience and proficiency in cardiodiagnostic reads and procedures including, but not limited to, echocardiogram, vascular studies, nuclear medicine, TEE (including Structural Heart)
