We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a 6-week locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Dec 22, 2025. This role offers a sole provider position with a schedule covering Monday and Tuesday from 7am to 5pm, and special holiday hours. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing extractions, dentures, and all aspects of general dentistry.

Job Description

• Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment
• Perform general dentistry procedures, including extractions and dentures
• Deliver high-quality dental care to patients
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Requirements

• Must have an active Arizona dental license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry required
• Must possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certifications
