    We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 52-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Kentucky. This opportunity begins on Dec 2, 2025, and offers a consistent Tuesday through Friday schedule with varying daytime hours. The role involves providing general dentistry services and requires proficiency with Dentrix dental software. Candidates should have current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications and possess a valid dental license for Kentucky.

    Job Description

    • Location: Kentucky
    • Start Date: Dec 2, 2025
    • Length of Assignment: 52 days
    • Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
    • Schedule: Tuesday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 7am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-5pm

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
    • Provide routine dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, and extractions
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
    • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
    • Collaborate with dental assistants and other staff
    • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols

    Requirements

    • Active dental license for Kentucky required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
    • Experience with Dentrix dental software preferred
