This opportunity starts on Nov 3, 2025, and involves cosigning notes for Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, and Functional Neurologists. Job Description

• Cosign clinical notes prepared by Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, and Functional Neurologists
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation with regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality patient records
• Provide oversight and guidance on neurological aspects of patient documentation

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in California
• Neurology background required
