Job Description

• A Locum CRNA is needed to provide coverage beginning July through September, with the possibility of extension. Providers interested in full-time or part-time schedules (2-4 shifts per week) will be considered.

Job Details

• Start Date: July 2026
• Duration: Through September 2026 with possible extension
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (8-10 hour shifts)
• Setting: Operating Room
• Call: No nights, weekends, or holiday call
• Additional Hours: Optional overtime available

Case Volume

• Approximately 4-6 surgical cases per day depending on specialty and case length
• GI endoscopy days: Approximately cases per day

Procedures Required

• Orthopedics
• ENT
• General surgery
• Gynecology
• Plastic surgery
• Podiatry
• GI endoscopy

Additional Details

• No pediatric cases required
• No routine OB coverage (only occasional C-section support with anesthesiologist placing spinal or epidural)
• Anesthesiologists perform blocks
• CRNAs practice under anesthesiologist supervision

Requirements

• Active CRNA certification
• New York license required
• Experience in hospital OR anesthesia preferred
