As the Clinic Medical Director at Toppenish Medical Dental Clinic, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel.

Job Description

• 70% Clinical: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
• 30% Administrative: Lead clinical teams, drive performance, and support strategic goals in partnership with clinic operations leadership.

Requirements

• A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine.
• An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel.

Position Details

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community.
• Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week).
• EMR system is EPIC.
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 8:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

You must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program to be considered for this position.
