Job Description

• Start date of 10/12/2025 with ongoing assignment opportunity
• Work in established Laborist program providing 12 and 24-hour shifts
• Handle 10-15 patient encounters per shift
• Manage low-risk pregnancies (required) and high-risk pregnancies (preferred)
• Perform FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
• Conduct OB ultrasounds including Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted anatomic ultrasounds
• Perform routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries
• Handle decision-making for c-section cases
• Manage complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech presentations, and abruptions
• Multiple births management (preferred)
• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office/minor gynecology services - IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
• Perform surgical gynecology procedures including open and laparoscopic surgeries
• Conduct diagnostic/minor procedures such as tubal ligation, LOA's, and chronal tubation
• Perform operative/major procedures including ectopic pregnancy management, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's
• Active California medical license required
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe of 30-60 days
