Job Description

• Serve as Medical Director for the pediatric hospitalist practice
• Provide coverage for high-risk deliveries
• Conduct emergency room consults involving pediatric patients
• Manage pediatric admissions of low acuity cases
• Provide well newborn care at the hospital
• Collaborate with affiliated Level-III NICU for transport coordination of newborns requiring intensive care
• Work twelve 24-hour shifts per month with on-call responsibilities from home
• Engage in a collaborative environment with commuters welcome to apply
• Permanent, full-time position requiring residency in the immediate local area
• Board Certification in Pediatrics required
• Current in-patient hospital experience required
