Job Description

• Temporary coverage needed for November 27-30 (Thanksgiving Day and weekend) and December 25-28 (Christmas Day and weekend)
• Hospital rounding and surgery as required
• 24-hour schedule with call requirements to be determined
• Must be proficient with EPIC documentation system
• Required procedures include Aneurysm Repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), and Heart Valve Replacement
• Must be a qualified Cardiothoracic surgeon
• Board certification in Cardiovascular surgery required
• Must have completed fellowship training in cardiovascular surgery
• Active South Carolina medical license required - will NOT accept providers who need to obtain
• Active ACLS certification required
• Self-query NPBD report required during presentation
• Clean background check mandatory for consideration
• Weekend work required
• Travel accommodations include flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate
