Bayhealth Medical Center, central and southern Delaware's largest healthcare provider, is seeking a fellowship-trained, experienced Breast Surgeon at our Sussex Campus, located in Milford, Delaware. This is an employed career opportunity with a generous benefits and compensation package that offers work/life balance, a competitive salary, productivity and quality incentives, and relocation assistance. Our ideal candidate will have experience or interest in graduate medical education (research or teaching) and will be designated as a core faculty member in our General Surgery residency. (Anticipated: Clinical 85%/GME 15%)

- Central and southern Delaware's largest health system
- Two hospital campuses, two freestanding EDs, one hybrid ED and urgent care center, with numerous satellite facilities and employed physician practices encompassing a variety of specialties
- Affiliate of Penn Medicine for Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, and Neurosciences and a member of the Penn Cancer Network
- Growing teaching institution that values growth, education, and collaboration with multiple graduate medical education (GME) programs for physicians
- Less than two hours' drive to Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Baltimore
- Less than an hour away from Delaware beaches
