• DaVinci robot, lithotripsy, and lasers available in operating rooms
• Reliable hospitalist physicians group support
• Strong internal referral network
• NPs in the practice take first call for office
• New office space available
• EPIC utilized throughout the health system
• Teaching opportunities
• Under 45 minutes to Delaware beaches and relaxation
