The Pediatric Hospital Medicine team at BSWH McLane Children's Hospital is seeking a board certified or board eligible pediatrician for an immediate opening. Pediatric hospital medicine experience or fellowship is preferred, but not required. The selected candidate will provide clinical services in a variety of settings which includes the daytime teaching team with residents/fellows, daytime APP service, and night team. Applicants should have an interest in providing inpatient care to a diverse and complex population of medical and surgical patients. We offer access to an on-site PICU and a wide range of pediatric subspecialties. There are ample opportunities to participate in medical education, quality improvement, and research. Excellent clinical, communication, and collaborative skills are required. This is an employed position with a competitive salary, moving allowance, a comprehensive benefits package, and no state income tax.

Job Description

• Fellowship or BC in PHM is preferred, but not required
• 12-hour shifts, both days and nights
• Supervise medical students, residents, and fellows
• Stand-alone children's hospital with most pediatric subspecialties
