Job Description

• Document where needed and follow up on daily nursing and templates.
• Provide training for nurses on all shifts, including weekends.
• Follow up on documentation issues with the Administrator.
• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Salary Information

Posted Salary Range: USD $34.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $5,000.00.
