    Rad-Oncology Physicist

    Rad-Oncology Physicist needed in Wilmington, NC. This position involves shift work on-site with no call requirements. A North Carolina or IMLC license is required to apply. The role offers an outpatient setting with a compensation of $295 per hour and an ASAP start date.

    Job Description

    • Provide clinical medical physics support at Wilmington Radiation Oncology to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care.
    • Conduct daily treatment machine quality assurance (QA) and chart checks.
    • Review new treatment plans and perform physics plan checks.
    • Support special procedures (SBRT, SRS, HDR brachytherapy as applicable).
    • Be on-site to troubleshoot and resolve clinical physics issues.
    • Participate in patient-specific QA and documentation for regulatory compliance.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • North Carolina or IMLC license to apply.
