Orthopedic Surgeon

Orthopedic Surgery opening due to upcoming retirement in Wisconsin, for a busy Rural Orthopedic Group. This is a 1099 position and is best suited for a surgeon wanting to slow down a bit. You would join an existing group to provide 2 weeks on (surgery and call requirement) and 4 weeks off, which equates to about 8 1/2 trips annually. You will be responsible for travel costs and malpractice insurance. The group will provide housing. This is a permanent position. There are low pediatric cases and no spine work involved. The candidate does not need to live in the area or state.
