Progressive Primary Care Practice seeking Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Certified Nurse Practitioner. A broad range of Primary Care services is offered at our practice. There is a very collaborative relationship between Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, with some flexibility to tailor your practice to your individual interests. We will consider new graduates. The full-time schedule includes 4 onsite workdays and shared on-call.

Job Description

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, obtaining patient histories, and performing physical examinations.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as laboratory tests, EKGs, imaging procedures, and other necessary tests.
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician.
• Prescribing and administering medications, including intravenous therapies and blood products, as appropriate, and monitoring patient response to therapy.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate and complete medical records, including progress notes, patient data, and treatment plans as per policy.
