Job Description
- Take the reins as the Lead Physician, mentoring and guiding a talented team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to deliver the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor clinicians, fostering a collaborative, patient-focused atmosphere.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population.
- Ensure best practices in patient care and help develop clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership, clinical staff, and specialists to improve workflows and enhance the patient experience.
- Stay current with medical advancements, promote staff education, and participate in clinician training.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient care, safety, and outcomes.
Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, team members, and leadership.
- Deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Compensation Information
Starting at $299,000 annually. Base salary plus RVU incentives that can earn you significantly more!
