Job Description

• Work dates needed: ASAP and ongoing, 32 hours per week / Temp-to-Perm candidates only
• Preferred schedule: Coverage days are flexible - hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Worksite setting: Outpatient
• Scope of work: Primary care, with a preference for providers with experience in women's health
• Patient population: Pediatrics to geriatrics
• Licenses, certifications, requirements: IN active, unrestricted license, DEA, BLS, Board Certified or True Board Eligible
• EMR: Allscripts
