Job Description

• Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration
• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties
• Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery, or a combination

Compensation and Benefits

• W2 Hospital-Employed (40 hours/week) Base Salary $300,000
• Signing/Student support $100,000 (over 1-5 years)
• Paid Time Off 368 hours (8 weeks' vacation, 6 traditional holidays)
• Dues/CME/Board Certification $4,000/year
• Overtime $225/hour
• On-Call Rate/Night Findlay & Bluffton Hospitals $250/night
• On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Hospital $1200/day
• On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Bluffton $800/day
• Vacation Payout rate
• 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)
• Sick Time Accrual 600 hours (FT: 4 hours/pay, PT: 2 hours/pay)
