Job Description

• Assess the patient's condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions.
• Shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills to directly impact patient well-being.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
