Job Description

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with a focus on adult reconstruction, joint replacement, and general orthopedic conditions.
• Perform primary and revision joint replacement procedures, including hip and knee arthroplasty, consistent with training and experience.
• Manage general orthopedic cases such as acute injuries, chronic joint pain, and age-related musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both conservative management and surgical interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with Bon Secours policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer collaboration, and continuing medical education.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with Bon Secours' mission to improve the health of the communities it serves.
