    Internal or Family Medicine Physician

    Job Description

    • Located 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean on Kempsville Road - adjacent to I-264 and Virginia Beach Blvd.
    • Many amenities around the practice building - hospital and E.R., grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping
    • Safe location - well-lit parking lot
    • Primary Care First practice location - CMS care model focusing on access to care and quality outcomes
    • 100% outpatient clinic - no hospital responsibility
    • M-F 8-5, no weekends - Prefer 5-8's but open to discuss flexible schedule options
    • Full-time schedule - 36 patient contact/4 hours admin
    • Call 1:4 weeks rotation - emergency patient calls only, no Rx, no hospital responsibility
    • Practice is open to Family or Internal Medicine MD/DO - all patients are age 18+
    • Our team consists of 2 MDs and 3 APCs currently, and the practice is growing
    • Average 17-22 patients per day after ramp-up period
    • EPIC EMR and MyChart for telehealth/virtual health appointments
    • Dedicated 1:1 provider/CMA support
    • Lab and X-ray in practice

    Requirements

    • Eligible candidates will have completed a U.S. residency program, be board eligible or board certified by ABMS / ABIM / ABFM, and authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.
