Director of Primary Care

Join our team as the Director of Primary Care in the beautiful White Mountain Region of New Hampshire. This position offers an opportunity to provide leadership, direction, and accountability while overseeing the entire scope of day-to-day activities of the Primary Care department.

Job Description

• Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for the Primary Care department.
• Oversee practice resources, activities of employees (non-provider), and scheduling of providers to meet practice policies, income projections, and the mission of the practice and hospital.
• Provide periodic reports to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and implement policies established by the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree is required; or a combination of experience and education that suggests an individual's likelihood of success in the position.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required.
• Familiarity with most, if not all, aspects of the job description.
