Hematopathologist

Thriving private independent pathologist owned and operated surgical pathology and cytology laboratory, located in Northern Central California, is seeking a BE/BC Hematopathologist for a full-time hospital-based position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hospital-based system with a wide variety of cases. There will be more hematopathology cases based on locality.

Job Description

• High volume role, as you will be expected to sign out approximately 5,000 surgical cases annually.
• Pathologist would provide coverage in a hospital setting full time with 2 other pathologists.
• The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and have a willingness to perform radiology adequacy assessment and engage with surgeons in the OR during frozen sections.
• This candidate would also be a liaison between the hospital administration, medical staff, and our organization.

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 - $360,000 per year.
• Relocation and signing bonus package are negotiable.
