    Internal Medicine Physician

    Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Internal Medicine Residency Continuity Clinic team working with and teaching residents. This is a full-time hospital-employed position in a 100% outpatient setting.

    Job Description

    • Serve as a clinical preceptor, supervising and mentoring Internal Medicine residents in their continuity clinic
    • Guide residents in evidence-based patient care, professional development, and practice management
    • Supervise residents in their documentation in the EMR, writing of orders, and articulation of care plans by reviewing resident notes and adding the appropriate addendums
    • Provide two didactic lectures per year
    • Complete annual evaluations
    • Work in a collaborative, team-based academic environment with opportunities for scholarly activities
