Psychiatrist

Join our behavioral health clinic northeast of Boston, MA, as we seek a Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our team.

Job Description

• Provide direct outpatient psychiatric services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, counseling, and psychopharmacological treatment of assigned patients.
• Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team for the management of complex psychiatric patients in a community mental health clinic setting.

Requirements

• Must have current licensure as a physician in the State of Massachusetts.
• Current licensures with the DEA and State of Massachusetts for controlled substances (Buprenorphine licensure preferred but not mandatory).
• Current certification with the Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Community Overview

Our behavioral health clinic serves a diverse clientele in a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, community) for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We offer a medication clinic for adults 18+. Services include individual, group, family, and couples therapy, as well as medication prescription and management. Group topics include health and wellness, anger management, and medication management. Interns also offer school-based groups.
