    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive cardiac care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
    • Interpret and perform cardiac diagnostic procedures such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
    • Participate in hospital consultations and manage ongoing inpatient cardiac care as needed.
    • Promote patient education, disease prevention, and lifestyle management strategies.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
    • Participate in on-call rotations as part of a supportive team-based schedule.

    Requirements

    • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
    • Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship program.
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
    • Active or eligible Connecticut medical license.
    • Echo Board Certified.
    • Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate.
