    Position Highlights

    • Outpatient-only schedule, Monday through Friday, closed for lunch
    • Lower daily patient census for quality-focused medicine

    Requirements

    • MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
    • Passion for senior care and value-based medicine; experienced preferred but open to new graduates
    • Strong communicator with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
    • Comfortable practicing in an innovative model focused on quality and outcomes
