Job Description

• The Physician reports directly to our District Medical Director and is primarily responsible for the provision of high-quality medical care to our patients.
• 100% Outpatient - No Call
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Patient Population: Medicare Advantage

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and valid unencumbered license to practice the profession
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family, Geriatric, or Internal Medicine Physician
