Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider

Cape Fear Valley Fayetteville Heart Center, the newest addition to Cape Fear Valley Health's medical group, is seeking a Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to join our established team of eight providers. Our practice has four clinic locations in Fayetteville, Elizabethtown, Dunn, and Lillington, NC. We are looking for a provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality, community-based care and building long-term relationships with patients, families, and staff. Cardiology experience is preferred.

Job Description

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Clinic hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to adult patients (18+)
• Typical patient volume: patients per day
• Supportive, well-resourced clinic environment

Call Requirements

• Weekend Emergency Department call at Harnett Hospital (Lillington and Dunn) is rotated among APPs and Cardiology Fellows
• Call hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday with a cardiology physician available for phone consultation
• Occasional weekend call at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center may be assigned based on staffing needs and follows the same requirements
