The role of a Pain Management Physician at Capital Brain & Spine is to examine patients and recommend tests to diagnose conditions and manage pain. The physician will provide relief from acute or chronic pain through the use of medication, nerve blocks, electrical stimulation, or other therapies.

Job Description

• Perform diagnostic medial branch block
• Conduct radiofrequency ablation
• Administer interlaminar epidural steroid injection
• Perform transforaminal epidural steroid injection
• Execute trigger point injection
• Oversee spinal cord stimulator trial
• Provide plasma rich in platelet (PRP) injections
• Conduct telemedicine and in-person appointments with patients

Requirements

• Position is for the Austin/San Antonio area
• Travel to other locations once a month
