Nurse Practitioner

Successful private practice with 16 physicians and 15 APPs is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a Cardiology/Vascular background, preferred but not required. The NP will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive healthcare services. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong clinical skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

The job requires semi-regular travel in Northern California.

Compensation Information
