Job Description

• Conduct physical exams, diagnostic tests, blood draws, EKGs, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions.
• Assess patients' conditions, formulate treatment plans including prescriptions, and provide ongoing follow-up.
• Educate staff, participants, and caregivers on healthcare issues and treatments.
• Manage acute and long-term medical needs in collaboration with other providers, covering care in various settings including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support, manage medical emergencies, and ensure timely, compliant documentation in medical records.

Requirements

• CA Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in elderly care; 1 year experience as a nurse practitioner in a geriatric setting or working with the frail or elderly is required.
• Current active DEA license

Benefits

• Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 based on experience
• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm; no nights, no weekends, or holidays
