This opportunity provides the ability to work in a teaching hospital with a level one trauma and burn center. The clinical practice includes labor and delivery, neonatal and general pediatric surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, burn, level I trauma, orthopedics, podiatric surgery, and special procedures outside the operating room. TEE equipment is available to our anesthesiologists for perioperative and critical care patients. Job Description

• Work in a teaching hospital with a level one trauma and burn center
• Participate in labor and delivery, neonatal and general pediatric surgery, general surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, burn, level I trauma, orthopedics, podiatric surgery, and special procedures outside the operating room
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Enjoy a weekday schedule with minimal call taken from home

Requirements

• Practicing Anesthesiologist, resident or currently in US Anesthesia fellowship
• Must desire to participate in academic mission in mentoring residents and students
• Must live in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills are needed
• Must be willing to work with a range of vulnerable or underserved patients

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $400,000 to $410,000
