Job Description

• Collaborate with our physician team to provide high-quality primary care to patients
• Manage patient appointments, perform routine examinations, and help diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions
• Perform patient assessments, including physical exams, history taking, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in the EPIC EMR system
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in shared light call rotation as needed
• Ensure excellent patient satisfaction by providing compassionate care

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
• Valid, unrestricted Texas license (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare team

Desired Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working autonomously as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE
