Nurse Practitioner for PACE Program - Senior Health Services Clinic

CareNational is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for the Senior Health Services Clinic in El Cajon, CA! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner working with the PACE program. The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of benefits to help people meet their health care needs in the community. This Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in the care of geriatric patients.

Job Description

• Pay Range: $66.00-$90.00/hour
• Work Setting: On-Site
• Direct Hire
• Location: El Cajon, California
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Requirements

• MSN degree
• California Nurse Practitioner License
• Experience working with the elderly
• Prior experience supervising nurses preferred
