Job Description

• Ideal candidates will have fellowship training in Neurotrauma
• Call is 1:5
• Strong referral base with little local competition
• Single hospital with strong hospitalist and critical-care support
• Dedicated Neuro-Intensivists
• Carle Foundation Hospital is 1 of 4 hospitals in the U.S. with a Siemens 7T MRI Scanner available for clinical and research use
• State-of-the-art equipment including Zeiss KINEVO microscope and StealthStation Surgical Navigation system
• Carle Neuroscience Institute (CNI) provides comprehensive medical and surgical services for our patients with brain and spine disorders and participates in several clinical trials for patients who come from all over the Central Illinois region
• Our collegial team includes Neurology (adult & pediatric), Epileptology and EMU, Vascular Neurology, Neuro-interventional, Neuro-critical care, Neuro-radiology, Neuro-otology, Neuro-ophthalmology, Neuro-rehabilitation, Neuro-psychology, Pain management program, and Sleep medicine program
