Join our Los Gatos, CA team as a Family Medicine Physician. This full-time opportunity offers a mix of primary care services, outpatient procedures, and comprehensive patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Description

• Provide full scope outpatient primary care including newborns, preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor office procedures.
• Maintain a schedule of 36 patient contact hours weekly with an average volume of 18 to 20 patients per day.
• Work in a clinic that operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, featuring a supportive primary care team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Value patient continuity, evidence-based practice, and teamwork.
• Participate in light call, which is telephone only and shared across affiliated primary care clinics.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician.
• Active California Medical License with a clean background.
• Experience providing full scope outpatient primary care.
• Ability to perform basic office procedures such as joint injections, laceration repairs, and skin biopsies.
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week.
