Join our Ontario, CA team as the Director of Behavioral Health! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to provide leadership for the development, planning, management, and day-to-day operation of the integrated primary care/behavioral health program across our sites.

Job Description

• Provides leadership for the development, planning, management, and day-to-day operation of the integrated primary care/behavioral health program across our sites.
• Serves as an advocate for integrated care and works collaboratively with key providers/staff in areas of healthcare and administration to promote integrated care.
• Establishes, monitors, and leads the improvement of targets and outcomes of the program.
• Provides supervision and guidance to Behavioral Health/Substance Use program providers and staff (e.g., LCSWs, Psych NPs, substance use counselors).
• Conducts culturally competent assessments, diagnoses, and treatment to patients, and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary medical teams to determine the best course of treatment for patients.
• Serves as a trainer to promote quality customer service and cultural competence clinic-wide.

Requirements

• Degree: Master or PhD in Psychology or other related disciplines.
• License: Must possess a California license.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical psychology and leadership.
• Must rotate among different sites.
