Job Description

• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends
• Collaborate with a seasoned team that includes Advanced Practitioners and a dedicated Care Team
• Focus on quality care as you see 12-15 patients per day, with the opportunity to spend more time with each individual
• Benefit from longer appointments lasting 45 minutes, ensuring comprehensive patient care
• Be a leader and an active participant in daily huddles, contributing your medical expertise to the Care Team

Requirements

• Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
• Be board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Possess a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or be willing to obtain one)
• Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA license

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably, have two to five years of directly applicable experience
• Showcase expertise in managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based coordinated care environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators
